TROC offers positions that are a balance of a gig-work, with employees being able to set their hours accept assignments, but with the backing of a large company with structured pay dates and benefits.

      TROC is a fast growing company who serves dynamic industries. This requires flexibility from employees. Work schedules and job descriptions change often. Employees have to be able to think on their own and adjust to position requirements with little supervision. Its not a position for everyone.
