The position requires a lot of focus on execution & making your own schedule to fulfill targets. But that gives a lot of autonomy and self managing. The company has been good to work even in a crazy year. Corona issues cut available hours down but the Co has opened up other projects for assc’s to get hours. They’ve been very supportive during lockdown and try as hard as can be to keep everyone working.
