Family oriented. I love my team & I love getting out on the floors everyday making sure me and my team gives the best customer service experience to customers. We get to go from store to store, meet new people.

Svantaggi

I feel as though Market leads are underpaid & still have to put in 10x the work. We have to use our own vehicles and when something goes wrong either have the funds to get it fixed or have our job put on the line in front of our faces. We travel 2 stores a day and hourly rate is only making up for the $$ we are actually losing with car allowance.
