Occassionaly company provideds employees with some high standard trainings that are conducted by professionals. There are lot of opportunity for every employee to climb up the leardership ladder.

Only organisation I have seen which schedule meeting almost everyday. They do not even care if the customers are waiting outside. No policies and guidelines in place for employees.
