Thank you for your detailed feedback. Firstly, we are pleased that you enjoyed working with our lovely teams, and that the super office location and salary package suited you. It's concerning to read the rest of your comments as your points weren’t raised during the course of your time here so that they could be addressed. We offer plenty of support to our colleagues so it’s a real shame you didn’t speak up to ask for help if you were struggling. It’s not true that people frequently leave meetings crying. But if anyone is in need of support we always look at options to help, such as reviewing workload, training, referral to our Employee Assistance Programme etc The agency has been in operation for almost 30 years and clearly if management had no idea how to run an agency it would have ceased to exist a long time ago! You mention that there’s constant hiring and firing with no explanation – sadly there are times (as within any company) where we have to part ways with people and the circumstances are confidential. Whilst you might feel there’s no explanation, a lot happens behind the scenes before any decisions are made, and this can’t be shared widely. Employee wellbeing is always a priority and we provide leavers with support to help them find a new role. Whilst we have a wonderful pool of freelancers who we love working with, we are certainly not “run mostly by freelancers” as that would not be a sustainable or practical business solution. 22% of our staff have been with us for more than 10 years (in fact we have two colleagues who’ve been here for almost 29 years!) and this really wouldn’t be the case if your description of the agency were true! Of course we take feedback seriously as we know there’s always room for improvement. If there’s anything practical you can suggest we’d be happy to hear from you directly.
