Loved working here and they give you the freedom to manage yourself, that's if you're making your numbers. Room to grow and will set you up for success if you work hard.

Can be a little too corporate and sometimes holding onto bad employees too long.

Luxury brand living in a cocoon. No interest in market competition nor listening to type of rugs and budgets designers want. Top heavy corporate, IT & marketing. No salary raises even with current cost of living skyrocketing. HR is inept. Manager is only in it for themselves, taking accounts away yet not cultivating them; providing NO leadership support. Out of touch with day to day activities. COVID put final blow to old business model, could go on & on
