Working at smash - Recensione dipendente - Shift lead/dough maker presso The Smashed Waffle

This was such a fun work environment. We all loved working at Smashed and genuinely looked forward to our shifts. The work was easy, and everyone was trained on how to do pretty much everything in the store, so anyone could pick up the work needed at any given time.

I genuinely can't think of any downsides to working there.

Management is amazing, this is the best working environment that I ever worked for. They are very understanding, and helps you get better. Creates a contractive criticism to help you get better at your Job. No blaming others and all employees are fun to work with.

Nothing Bad I can say, probably just increase the storage because it is getting tight in there.
