If you love to drink and have a good time, great place to work. However if you'd like to advance in your career in the slightest way possible stay far away. "Promotion opportunities" are talked about frequently but more so to give a false sense of growth, because those positions are never filled (or exist in the first place). People who have been there for years are stuck in their ways and refuse to change to make the environment more tolerable. Salary is low, don't expect much out of commissions either especially when comparing to other companies/salaries for inside sales. Also money will come out of your paychecks over things that you can not control. Owners show zero interest or value in inside sales employees, which trickles down to middle management who choose to talk to their subordinates however they please with no repercussions. Scare tactics are frequently used to " motivate " employees to reach their numbers for the month. Turnover is high, cant even fill desks for more than a few months normally, unless you manage to not get burnt out in the first year. Cold calling all day everyday, but thats what you signed up for. Tension between each department as it tends to be a every man for himself environment.
