      The number of free days we get away from work seems like a lot at first, until you find yourself living for the free days and wishing for even more.

      So much worse than when I started working here. Our remote workshops are falling short. People aren’t happy. Clients are in survival mode not focused on growth. Team leaders aren’t open or helpful. Everyone is applying to jobs and trying to get something before the next round of layoffs.

      Flex Time, free days, hybrid schedule. Great vision set by founders.

      Company doesn’t always follow the values that they preach. A lot of passive aggressiveness and negativity even though the company culture is so “positive.” Values don’t matter if they’re not practiced.
