-entrepreneurial organization: this is only a con to the type of individual who needs to be spoon fed every prospect/lead - you will be expected to do more than at some organizations to drive your book of business
-health benefits: better than no benefits for sure, but employees would benefit from higher annual maximum's for dental/massage/chiropractic care, etc
-experimentation: as with most entrepreneurial organizations, there is still lots of trial and error as it relates to marketing processes, and even finance - again, these things are not an issue unless you are the type that expects a perfectly oiled machine on every front
