The culture here is genuinely the most open I've ever experienced. Our owners are Driven, Approachable, Fair and know how to run a commercially banging business in my opinion. The biggest positive for me has to be the adult approach to what work is. Managing your own time and day without that level of pressure means that there isnt an atmosphere of stress. Were adults who have skills and experience and thats the focus! It rare to find a business that genuinely concentrates on outputs and not KPI's... but I promise you its the real deal here. It encourages individuals to take ownership, be curious and try new things which I love + The business reputation & brand is excellent in the market which makes it easy to be successful with hands on training + A superb tech stack - the simple stuff you need to do a great job day to day; straightforward CRM, decent job boards, premium licenses that don't get shared around and when you WFH, a proper at home set up + They invest in personal development & continuous learning + Fantastic commission and reward scheme (even working in an ops role, I can strive to deliver over and above & earn my own bonus which is massively motivating) + Honest flexibility to work around your family commitments + Fixed WFH option every Friday and optional flexibility + SOCIAL!!!!
