Non just awful experience from start to finish

Poor communication, unprofessional, sold unrealistic qualifications. Unrealistic expectations.

Great people work here who are kind and try their best for all learners. We've been in business for 11+ years because we care and try our best for our people.

I'm not too sure. I think working here is best for people who wish to help others and be flexible, it is important to have these skills as well as positivity.
