Medical is literally the bare minimum
You are under paid, eventhough AWS is included, no bonuses and no increments
No work life balance, management will say that they dont make you work on weekends/ph and encourage not to bring home work but really they give so much workload that everyone ends up bringing it home and you'll have to reply management when they text you on weekends.
Theres high turnover, the only ones that stayed for more than 2-3 years is probably the management which is no brainer they are sisters and the other one is practically family to them.
Management is very 1 sided and once they hear from 1 side, they have judged you and wont even give you a time of day. Management will NOT listen to you or your side once they've heard from others.
Management will NOT care about how you are, they just want results end of the day
Management WILL gaslight you even after you have given proof to them
Management will NOT make you progress
Management gives unrealistic goals to everyone, even after several feedback that it is unrealistic
Management are and always be biased
Management does not recognise your efforts and the extra work you put in
Mind you, the owner had once given a remark that if wanted to, she could drop this company and do other things. If that is the kind of leader you want to work with, best of luck.
They will twist their words like no tomorrow, that is why having everything in black and white is important.
Truly blinded by money, that they truly do not care about customers (eventhough they portray it to be) and their employees
Many employees left because they were unhappy with the management, no use of an exit interview if management dont heed everyone's feedback.
