      As a subsidiary of Trevor US, we are currently suffering some effects of the discontent of a few, and it has affected the organization at a larger scale. Some of the folks in the night shift might be underseen due to their lack of contact with the rest of the team.

      The best management and team I ever worked with doing work I appreciated with a focus on a vulnerable population.

      Due to their focus being on LGBTQ youth, they are unfortunately at the mercy of trends in both politics and in philanthropy. Several rounds of layoffs happened as fewer people have maintained their conviction to protect queer youth.
