Most of what you do isn't even UPS related. around 95% of the "customers" are amazon returners who are just going to take their frustration out on you. Most of these people will get angry if they have to pay anything in the first place. You spend all day dealing with amazon's problems without any of their pay or benefits. It doesn't help that amazon customers are genuinely some of the worst people I've ever had to deal with in my life. Oh and don't think for a second there is any "career opportunities" at the ups store. Since "UPS" and "The UPS Store" are different entities, you don't actually work for UPS corporate, which means you don't get any kind of opportunities a driver or a warehouse employee would get, and you don't get any benefits UPS employees would normally get.
