The job is interesting, in that every person who walks through the door usually wants something different from the last customer, which keeps things intellectually engaging and prevents the job from growing stale

The job is frantic and chaotic at almost all times. At any given moment, there will be 5 customers in the lobby that need to be waited on, a bunch of items that need to be packaged on the pack table, 6 outstanding print orders, inventory that needs to be ordered, and 2 phone lines that need to be answered. And it’s like that for 8 hours. I went home physically and mentally exhausted more often than not
