I was hired when I didn’t have any experience with FINE dining, they were aware of this, yet still fired me within a month due to “lack of training”. They gave me a week of shadowing a head waiter.
Double shifts are about 13 hours long. If your last table leaves at 2 am, and you are working a day shift the next day, you still have to be in by 9/10am the next day.
Some of the managers are generally not pleasant to be around. Rude, sarcastic, and not at all helpful to newer staff members who are still getting used to working there.
