Vantaggi

Pay was competitive. Loved being able to do work that helped people (COVID rent relief.) Met a few cool people. Remote work. The job itself was a piece of cake.

Svantaggi

Dysfunctional, dramatic, backbiting supervisors and directors. Someone was always trying to pick fights and other employees stole work from each other (!) and nothing was ever done. Everyone in leadership lies their butts off about future opportunities. They churn through people endlessly because they do not care at all. They strung us along. We were all hired in a big batch and didn't even finish half the "contract" because "funding ran out." We had to be signed into Zoom/Teams ALL DAY and that got really stressful. One guy was giving legit serial killer, especially with the way he talked about women. Jaw-droppingly unprofessional. Like Ted Bundy without the dubious charm. Directors or whatever don't even bother with plausible lies about job security. Lots of people from the south on my team and their accents got extremely irritating to listen to all day.

Vantaggi

It is a great environment. I love the way everyone helps everyone learn and help the communities affected by disasters. They provide wonderful opportunities.

Svantaggi

Don’t have as many benefits as I’d like - there is no paid maternity leave as other similar sister companies. They should also hire more bilingual staff.
