Had the potential to do well given all the talent they initially attracted but then could not retain. They started with some good ideas but then lost their way.

Hiring too many agents & low commission splits for all the work you have to put in. Nothing but a Discount Brokerage led by a sales manager who has never sold a home in his life. Too much rigidity & lack of vision. Offering free listing services & making the agents work for free on listing a home or offering cash backs to buyers. So even if you are selling a lot of Real Estate, you are actually making very little money for the amount of work you put in.

As an agent that's been to several brokerages, TheRedPin is truly ahead of it's time. With more time to focus on clients, it makes me job a lot easier especially with the technology and various other things we get to offer our clients! Agents also receive Full Health and Dental Benefits which is UNHEARD of in our industry. Hard to say anything bad when you have great management that pushes you everyday and TRULY wants to see you do well VS. having a pulse and joining any other brokerage. Truly a different type of brokerage and it's going to take a long time to catch up!
