This company has absolutely no loyalty even though they claim to a "family". The president, will tell you one thing but tells upper management another thing. He is does not keep his facts straight, but blames you, does not check e-mail but blames you for not knowing what is going on. He has an ego and acts like he knows everything but blames you when he doesn't understand. Upper management cares about themselves and "long term" employees. They are great at sales, beware of the true story.
