1. Good Exposure to products and Market 2. Good Training programs I joined as Graduate Trainee and was assigned as Territory Manager later.

1. Lot of politics in the company. No healthy competition. 2. Senior Management are not worried about the customers. They are just meant with Numbers, No matter if customer is crying for good service. They don't care at all. 3. You get paid less and no adherence to work rules. In my 2 years tenure, I have seen lot of people doing task of 2 person, which they were not assigned. 4. Lack of coordination among different departments. No department cares about other one, if the other one is loosing business due to the former department. 5. Worst of all, Company and especially my Boss didn't care about my performance. If your performance is getting affected by other people bad decisions and careless behavior in the company, then you are rated less in annual performance review. 6. Salary not to par as per Industry Standards.
