Thermo has good wages, steady work, and various departments for tradesman to work in if one gets tiresome. Management are generally cooperative with worker needs and want to improve the workplace constantly.

My only significant gripe with the company is the benefits program. Direct billing almost never works, coverage is minimal, workers are forced pay out of pocket for a group disability and life insurance plan, and on top of all that, almost every employee wants the provider to be changed but the company won't listen.
