The CEO will scream, yell, belittle, and humiliate anyone on a daily basis. It is so extreme it is blatant ABUSE. The CEO is constantly unhinged and enjoys terrorizing her employees. Check out the Daily Beast article written about her, its all facts. She has been getting away with this for YEARS! Employees are underpaid and overworked. The culture is toxic and miserable. Management is undermined by the CEO and can't protect their team from her. The CEO claims to be all about female empowerment, which is the biggest joke, since she treats her female staff members the worst. People are constantly leaving solely due to the CEO and her mistreatment. The HR is non existent or unhelpful. DO NOT WORK HERE!
