My experience with TheyDo — from the very first recruiter conversation through onboarding — has been genuinely outstanding. The Tech Recruiter was incredibly friendly, transparent, and proactive from day one. From a technical perspective, it’s clear that the company invests in long-term quality. Modern tools and technologies are available, and there is visible effort toward improving code quality and reducing tech debt rather than accumulating shortcuts. Projects are well thought out, often driven by real user needs, and technically interesting to work on. The atmosphere across the company is open, collaborative, and positive. Everyone is approachable and genuinely willing to help or discuss ideas. Leadership appears confident and intentional in its direction, and what stands out most is that people truly believe in the company’s vision — it feels authentic and aligned. Overall, it has been a super positive experience, both professionally and culturally.
