MANAGEMENT! They have no idea how to train, motivate, or treat employees. Owners expect you to be on call 24/7 and if you do not come in you are aggressively scolded. No room for growth even though they promote it, especially since all higher up positions are kept in the family. Due to treatment turnover rates are extremely high, so expect to have to constantly pick up shifts, or work 24 hrs straight. I constantly felt it never mattered how successful I was at my position or how hard I worked when I was at work, they gave recognition to the employees who would come in whenever they asked, even if that employees was a complete moron and was incompetent on the job. They also had no problem letting their general manger completely belittle, bully and call you a harsh profanity to your face. If faced with dealing with customers they had no idea how to treat them. They care about using, abusing, and reaping the benefits of all your hard work. My suggestion for anyone interested in working at this location to take your skills, and career potential somewhere else!
