7yDear Anonymous Employee,
I am so sorry that you felt like you had such a negative experience.
First, I am not sure you ever worked for us as I am not able to verify your employment based on you not willing to put your name on your review.
Second, I want you to know we are taking your comments to heart. We do wish that you would have felt comfortable to come and talk to The office manager and myself, so we could have had open dialogue and looked for remedies before you felt you needed to post anonymous comments on the internet. Please feel open and comfortable to stand behind your words as we have always been one of open door accessibility. In addition, I will be the very first to acknowledge that we are open to constructive criticism and dialogue.
If you would like to continue this discussion, I openly invite you to contact me. You had so many opportunities to have a voice or affect change where needed, but you chose to voice your displeasure behind an anonymous name on the internet.
In closing, we here at Think Architecture wish you the best in your future endeavors wherever they may take you.
Sincerely,
Corey R. Solum, AIA
