      This firm has diverse projects to choose from, that are great for your portfolio. Most principals can fit well in the role of NCARB mentor or supervisors. Tyler Kirk was my supervisor and I was able to fulfill all my requirements in 2 y and 11 m. Productive atmosphere, where questions are answered and interns can fulfill most of their required hours. Dedicated time for training, Lunch and Learn almost every week, Not paying for insurance is great benefit. Bonus pay every Christmas.

      I read some negative comments from others, but I cannot provide such. To me cons were not significant for interns who wanted to learn and get their hours fulfilled. My supervisor was always happy to help with anything I needed. Perhaps pay may need to be in tune with current market needs, but I did not care at the beginning for that . Advice: New interns should interview 2-3 principals before settling on supervisor...that way they can choose someone who will attend their needs.

      Extremely knowledgeable and insightful employees/principals. There is a team oriented atmosphere that pushes young employees to learn and grow. A large amount of work goes into making employees feel valued and included as part of the team whether it is the day to day conversations or long term rewards.
