They take time to celebrate employees (birthdays, holiday celebrations, dinners) There is a great rapport among employees Always something new to look forward to

The company is still pretty small, so there isn't much room to move up in the ranks

everyday is different, you learn a lot, the owners will do celebrations with alcohol

they reduce hours when they aren't busy, they take away PTO and other benefits, the owners will act like they care about you in front of you but then reduce hours, overwork you, not thank you, and treat you like you're not a person. Also, everybody there is treated differently. Like one person can get away with things all the time and another makes a mistake and gets in big trobule. I don't recommend working there. I left as soon as I could. I'm pretty sure some of the things they do are illegal too.
