Too much is expected out of employees ,No training about product or process is given and with infrequent shifts employees are expected to sell sell and sell. Understand that management wants us to greet and help customers but too much pushing is done to get the sales at minimum wage. They do not pay employees for any extra time they are working. No benefits , Last minute changes to schedules and no word of appreciation Colleagues not allowed to talk to each other when on floor
