If you’re considering joining THINK, make sure to do your homework and speak with both current and former employees. There’s a lot of internal stress since the company is VC-funded, making it a “sink or swim” environment. Unfortunately, management doesn’t handle that pressure well, and it tends to roll downhill. As a result, THINK has experienced significant turnover over the years.
