Some of the best reasons for working at Think Tank is the professional yet laid-back atmosphere. You can work without feeling like someone is breathing down your neck. Don't get me wrong, there are still deadlines to be met. And sometimes late nights but it all goes without saying. It's just part of business.

Some challenges are, because the company is small, benefits such as insurance cost more and you can't "rise through the ranks" like you can in a larger company. However the company is poised for some big growth over the next few years.
