Minimal leaves available. No HR policies There are no HR policies(obviously, they barely have 15-18 people working for them). You need to good at ‘showing that you work’ instead of actually working. No work life balance No credit for good work People literally waste 2 hours in smoking rooms. No respect for employees They will higher you for less than market rate salary. The bosses consider themselves as “Marketing Gurus” which I highly doubt. These people are only good at lying or trying to get you to work for free. Bosses have enough money to go on 5-7 foreign vacations a year but not enough money to pay their employees. One word- Awful. Never join this organisation.
