CEO is micromanaging everyone and is taking decisions on a whim he change his mind every day No decision can be made unless the CEO approve it Spineless management they agree with whatever the CEO say HR cannot help you and practically noone care about you in the company Bad hiring process they lie and promise big things but in reality they never deliver No promotions unless you are management favorite no matter how much work you do The company delay with months payments to partners and contractors which lead to lost access of important platforms and collection agencies are chasing the company Home office very limited require approval and only 2 days per week Very high turnover rate there was employee leaving the company every week People are fired without notice and that lead to chaos in departments because no handovers are done People who are incompetent but follow CEO are put on top while good experts people leave.
