This company is profit first, and people last (not even second). They recruit their sales and consultant teams by the dozen with promises of high salary and long-term future - all lies. Once recruited and signed on, they start eliminating one by one like a sad reality TV show. During my last training, I was somehow compelled to read reviews and was troubled by so many of them. I raised my concerns with the upper leadership and HR, and was told that they work hard with every employee and no one is ever surprised by a firing. Imagine my surprise when I was fired, my email, and all my communication attempts ignored. I have never heard of a company firing by email, neither have anyone I know. To this day, I don't even know what happened. One day - I was attending an online training and discussing our next in-person training. Next day - fired.
