Company is very forward-looking focused. Management expects you to just do your work and get it done, not much micro-management, So that has to work for you. Management is fair and reasonable.

More company meetings/communication of overall company plans would help.

Decent pay, and some decent non leader employees. 2 solid middle management people.

No good leadership, Cto is afraid to talk to employees, no social skills what so ever. Let me go with no warning or reason the Monday following Christmas a week after I was back from being extremely sick with covid and let me go with a text message and no call. Allowed a female employee to harass me verbally on a daily basis doing nothing to resolve after multiple times reporting it. Told me that I am an adult and to deal with it like an adult. Terrible communication. No work life balance.
