8yI know we can't change what you experienced.
In our current organizational state, we have a clear no harassment policy. It includes specific reporting methods to allow a safe space to report illegal or harmful behaviors or activities. We want everyone to come to work and enjoy the fun space, team members, and cute dogs roaming the office. We don't want people to worry about safety.
The leadership team, and team, in general, have changed a lot over the last nine months and we have a new CEO, Maria Molland Selby. Maria values transparency and a healthy work environment.
