After a few years at TB, I can honestly say it’s a great place for driven, commercially minded people to grow. As a manager, I’ve had genuine ownership over revenue and my team, which has really helped me develop as a leader early on in my career. It’s a very metrics-focused business, so expectations are clear and you know what you’re working toward. People who perform well are recognised, and progression feels earned if you consistently deliver. There’s also strong client exposure, which quickly builds your confidence, communication skills, and commercial instinct. Over the last few years, I’ve seen more investment in people development, especially around management skills and internal mobility. Leadership is approachable, and there’s a clear emphasis on results and accountability.
