Clear targets that you're given a lot of coaching to attain. Very team-centric environment. Some evening hours, but to be expected in a customer-facing role - it is always flexible within the team to ensure you're not overextended. Lot of time spent talking to people, which I find interesting and engaging. Bonus structures are clear.

Nothing you wouldn't experience anywhere else. Technology lags behind with some systems being outdated. This isn't a con, but if you don't like: working with people or in a service-focused job, target-based environments, cold outreach, or smart searching, you may not like working here. For people who want to move up quickly, like talking to new people, and can perform well towards targets, this has been a great place to quickly scale your career to management positions or high-performing individual contributor roles.
