There is a LOT to share. The pay: it's pretty sub-par, and the criteria that they use to establish raises, and starting pay is obscure and unfair Diversity: Simply put, there isn't any. There are like 2 POC (people of color) at the entire company, and there are often scandals of employees at third bridge getting caught for internally using slanderous/racist/homophobic language. - There was actually a group of individuals in the consulting vertical that was caught using racist slurs in a public slack channel. So not only are they racist, but some of the people that work here are very, very, very dumb. I've heard racist AND homophobic language being uttered publicly- and very little to nothing getting done about it. The culture: Not great, you're expected to work during the hours of the night if a client sends in a project. Managers are passive aggressive at times (there are good team leads, you know who you are) but the majority of them are bad, and micro-managey. Perks: Intentionally leaving this one blank. The individuals reading this will assume that it was coming from some hypersensitive person of color that also may or may not be considered queer, but at my time there I was a fly on the wall- my opinions on this place are unbiased (also I'm white, female, and straight)
