The company offers many opportunities for growth, and meritocracy is genuinely valued, which is a major advantage. I have been with the company for three years and one month, which allows me to honestly say that it is a great place to work and build a career. Additionally, the Thirdway culture stands out for its strong values, making you feel included while also giving you the sense that you are part of something bigger.

      As for the downsides, we’ve lost a benefit or two, such as the Friday lunches, but that doesn’t overshadow everything else.
