They constantly engage in office politics while hypocritically claiming they don’t allow it. There is no job security; they frequently hire and fire employees without any notice. Salaries are delayed, and increments are rare, no matter how much effort you put in. The toxic work culture leads to high levels of stress and burnout. There is no career growth, as favoritism is rampant, and promotions are based on personal relations rather than merit. Employees are forced to work beyond their capacity, with no appreciation or recognition. The leadership lacks vision and only focuses on micromanagement rather than actual progress.
