Body exclusivity is something Thirdlove used to pride itself on. But larger sizes are left out of almost all new product releases. Shrinking teams due to getting rid of most of the US based employees and hiring international contracts. Though, even those teams are shrinking because the company is heavily pivoting to want to use AI for just about everything. The company lies and says they want to keep employees, but it's obvious they want people to quit so they don't have to give a severance. Employee perks are next to nothing now. Used to give out anniversary gifts, more allotments, paid half days for mental health. Even the core value award they used to give out once a month has been lessened and the "gift" for being selected is now unused TL merch they can't sell because no one wants it. Unless you work in the main office in San Francisco, which regularly has catered lunches and events, you're left out in the cold and never acknowledged or rewarded for the hard work you do. Pay is low for the small amount of employees they keep around. Employees are expected to do a self review every year and raises are a pittance which are in no way keeping up with the cost of living. "This is company standard" is the excuse for the small amount.
