Amazing culture that runs through every area of the business, which is so rare to find in an organisation that actively promotes remote working in the way we do. We try and get together as a company at least twice a year but there's many more social activities running through the year. Great teams of some of the best people i've worked with in industry, who really seem to care about the value add for customers and the solutions we're putting forward, from sales to technical. And a really engaged leadership team too! ThirdSpace also has an incredibly close relationship with Microsoft, unlike many other partners out there (that i've worked with), enabling us to really provide a great offering where we can relay customers trouble-points and speak to the guys who can make the differences. Good perks available as well incl. pension, generous bonus scheme, healthcare, cycle to work, office snacks and more.

Sometimes a little stretched for resource but some great recent hirings tell me this won't be an issue for long.

The people - ThirdSpace have such a unique culture where people are respectful, social and supportive. This starts at the CEO, and flows down through our directors right through all our teams. It really feels like one big family. Flexibility - ThirdSpace practice what it preaches and allows people to work from home, the office or wherever they chose. You never feel left out due to the great use of collaboration tools and monthly updates, oh and the All Hands are awesome! ThirdSpace has a great reputation and is really going places, they have a great relationship with Microsoft and are ahead of the rest! You need to be happy in a fast paced environment, be a self-starter and know when to push for things and when to leave them alone - if that's you, you would love it here.
