Not enough work sometimes for all of the employees

Diversity of the work and the opportunity to gain experience in many industry's. Flexibility with wok schedule.

"Senior management failed to practice what it preached" and failed to conduct proper strategic business planning. They did not diversify our portfolio of business and was too dependent on one client, which we later lost to a competitor.
