      Great environment, understanding employer, opportunities to grow and develop. Thoroughly recommend, only left due to time constraints (uni student).

      None really, shop was a bit cold sometimes, needs heating!

      Small Company mindset . Very little investment in the brand which makes it difficult to grow. However to much turnover. Management needs to be more consistent.
