First corp job I have had. It's diverse so you climb the ladder based on your merits. I was promoted the first two months I was here based on my hard work. There are always opportunities for advancement and to learn, as long as you put in the work. Work hard and be genuine and you'll gain a lot to learn. It is a chill environment, as long as you get in your eight hours, there is no definite time to be here. Benefits are great. They reimburse tuition. They will hear you out. They have exercise and offer yoga. Great coworkers. Awesome place to work.

The Salaried pay is decent.

Corporate standards are non existent, corporate bases their standards off personal preferences and not corporate standards. So the standards are always different based off who you’re dealing with at the time. They will say it’s a 50 hour work week but that’s a lie, they would work you around the clock if it means they don’t have to pay their hourly associates. If you read this take this advice and go for a properly ran company like Aramark, sedexo, or compass.
