1. Very negative work environment 2. Every one felt scary being in premises . That's fear can from eating at desk and being caught, fear of having a sip of Tea at tea machine. And fear of being late to office consequently deduction in salary. 3. Very less opportunity to grow personally and monetary. 4. Stereched working hour and you will get 40 INR for every additional hour. I don't know what currently they are paying. 5. No work life balance , you can be asked to come on sunday. Don't worry Saturday is working.
