My experience at Thomson Digital has been both rewarding and challenging. While there are many positive aspects of working here, such as the opportunities for growth and the supportive team culture in many departments, I must address the concerning issue of toxicity within the Editorial Department.

Regrettably, the environment created by the ED has become increasingly toxic over time. Instances of micromanagement, poor communication, and a lack of regard for employee well-being have become all too common. This toxic atmosphere has had a detrimental impact on morale, productivity, and overall job satisfaction among team members. It's disheartening to see that talent is not valued, and success is measured by how much one can appease the ED. The leadership within the ED seems disconnected from the reality of the situation. Despite the losses the company has been experiencing in recent years, there appears to be a lack of acknowledgment or effort to address the issues at hand. While competitors like Aptara and MPS are thriving, Thomson Digital continues to decline in terms of revenue month after month.
