the competent team members are world class and fantastic at what they do, the work itself is fairly predictable and there's comfort in that, paid training, work from home after training

the incompetent team members and leadership are allowed waaaay too much latitude, bullying was definitely a thing that was allowed to flourish, the role is far too dependent on should bes and maybes and not grounded in the reality of what can actually be done, department is often used as a human shield between unrealistic and out of touch corporate mandates and unrealistic and unsympathetic distributors, a lot of buck passing, horribly out of date systems, software, and tools

Highest paid call center employees in certain areas. 2 weeks vacation, holidays, and birthday paid. Benefits at one time were unreal!

The CSR's are nothing more than glorified inbound call center employees who have way too much responsibility. Not only are the employees expected to take as many as 80 calls a day but are expected to place as many orders. This is a high stress job with constant yelling and screaming from distributors, factory, planners, sales guys, supervisor, managers, as well as team mates. I've seen good employees let go for calling in while others have called in twice as much and are still there. Rules are different depending on who you are.
