Vantaggi

The health benefits are solid, and the flexible vacation policy used to be a real perk.

Svantaggi

If you’re looking for a place that uses layoffs as a go-to strategy to raise stock prices, this is it. Just know—it’s not a sustainable option for long-term employment Unfortunately, the culture has shifted—decisions used to be based on merit, but now it’s about favoritism. People without true leadership skills are promoted, then bring in their friends, creating a cycle of incompetence. On top of that, many recent hires struggle with communication, which slows down work and leads to misplaced blame. Recently, even the benefits and flex vacation has been cut back — now employees can only take two weeks off at a time. Warning: If you speak up or flag issues with management, be prepared for negative consequences. The past two years have been very challenging, with a lot of mismanagement and instability. Inclusion seems to only apply to those who actively play the ‘diversity card,’ rather than being a genuine, company-wide commitment.

- Competitive benefits; unlimited PTO policy is still great. - The people keep me here.. we have amazing folks who genuinely care on our team.

Svantaggi

Pressure to keep up with the AI race. Annual increases are limited and should be more competitive to retain talent.
